Senior Estate Planning Attorney
We are looking for an estate planning attorney with a minimum of five years of experience, an amazing attitude, and the ability to demonstrate vast empathy for our clients. A qualified candidate will have experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advanced directives, and other related documents. A great candidate will also have experience in one or more of our other practice areas listed above.

Responsibilities
- Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives for health care
- Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and tax planning
- Conduct effective consultations with potential clients
- Interface with clients providing excellent customer service
- Identify legal issues related to Medicaid and Special Needs Planning
- Assist in managing production of support staff
- Anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems and develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk
- Research and analyze the law on complex issues
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed with the State Bar of Georgia
- Five years of estate planning experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and technical aptitude to learning other software programs such as practice management software
- Familiarity with document drafting software
- Experience with WealthCounsel and ElderCounsel is a plus
- Ability to show empathy to clients and put them at ease
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to become proficient in the firm’s other areas of practice
Compensation
Minimum Base Salary is $115,000 with potential for bonuses based on performance. Additional compensation is available for origination of new clients; however, origination of clients is not a requirement because our marketing provides ample opportunities for helping the community we serve.

We are growing, and we need an experienced probate paralegal with a minimum of five years’ experience, an amazing attitude, and an ability to demonstrate vast empathy for our clients. A qualified candidate will have experience drafting probate petitions, drafting other probate documents, preparing notices to debtors and creditors, tracking probate matter progress, and communicating with court personnel. A great candidate will also have experience in one or more of our other practice areas listed above.
